This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous insurance experience is not required. Compensation

Starting base salary $38k - $46k annually (depending on experience, licensing, and performance)

Plus Unlimited Commissions and Bonuses paid on sales performance

Compensation may increase as you develop your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional approach to customer interactions
• Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and building relationships
• Willingness to learn insurance products, sales processes, and agency operations
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
• Previous insurance experience is not required
• Ability to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance license

What You'll Do

• Learn the insurance business and State Farm products
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads
• Develop sales, communication, and customer-service skills
• Assist customers with their insurance needs
• Work toward obtaining required insurance licenses
• Participate in agency sales and growth initiatives
• Build a foundation for long-term professional development
