We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, probate, or private client matters who is ready to manage sophisticated client engagements with professionalism and care.

The Estate Planning Attorney will advise clients on wills, trusts, wealth transfer strategies, fiduciary matters, asset protection, charitable giving, and related estate planning needs. This opportunity offers the ability to work in a collaborative legal environment with experienced colleagues, strong professional standards, and a client-centered approach. Candidates can expect meaningful work, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to continue building a specialized practice in estate planning and trust administration.

Responsibilities

- Advise clients on estate plans aligned with family circumstances, financial goals, and legacy objectives.
- Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related planning documents.
- Counsel clients on wealth transfer, asset protection, charitable giving, and business succession considerations.
- Assist clients and fiduciaries with trust and estate administration matters, including probate issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, financial advisers, and client representatives to implement planning strategies.
- Maintain clear client communication, accurate documentation, and timely management of assigned matters.
