Demand for our services keeps growing, and we're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter with an entrepreneur's mindset — someone who sees a desk not as a job, but as a business to grow. Construction industry experience is a big plus, but great recruiters come from all backgrounds.

Who thrives here:

• A tenured agency recruiter — 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Construction industry knowledge or recruiting experience is a strong plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but results matter more
