Japanese / English Bilingual Production Assistant We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Japanese/English Bilingual Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in Canton, MS. This hands-on role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities, monitoring product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with product assembly, packaging, and visual inspections Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and effectively Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Support inventory tracking and assist with material handling tasks Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Familiarity with basic production equipment is a plus Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
