Kendalls Grill is seeking a friendly professional and customer-focused Online Chat Support Agent to assist customers through online chat and digital communication channels. The successful candidate will respond promptly to customer questions provide accurate information about our menu and services assist with orders and reservations and help resolve customer concerns while delivering a positive experience.
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other online communication channels.
Provide accurate information about menu items pricing restaurant hours services and promotions.
Assist customers with online orders reservations modifications and general requests.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions.
Communicate clearly politely and efficiently with customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager or department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
Follow company customer-service policies and procedures.
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
Excellent written communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly patient and professional communication style.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfortable using computers chat platforms email and other digital tools.
Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult customer situations.
Previous customer service hospitality restaurant or online support experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate is dependable responsive personable and comfortable communicating with customers online. They should be able to quickly understand customer needs provide helpful solutions and represent Kendalls Grill in a professional manner.
This position may involve working remotely or in a customer-support environment depending on company requirements. The role requires consistent availability during assigned shifts and the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
