What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed ER managing roughly 55,000 patients annually
• Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians and subspecialty teams
• Participate in teaching and mentoring pediatric, emergency medicine, and family medicine residents and fellows
• Engage with hospitalist, ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams for seamless patient care transitions
• Support child life specialists and social workers to deliver holistic care
• Utilize full scribe support to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes
• Contribute to a caring, team-focused environment fostering continuous improvement

What You Need

• Valid and current pediatric medical license in Nevada
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
• Recent inpatient or emergency department experience
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
