Candidates should be flexible and willing to cover both areas, as the swing bed availability fluctuates. The age groups encountered will range from high school students to the elderly. Experience with manual therapy is essential for outpatient care. There is a significant demand for outpatient services, particularly regarding post-surgical rehab. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system used is Cerner. The position includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
