Trademark Wood Products in Shakopee is looking for motivated, dependable people to join our growing team!  We specialize in quality woodworking.

Millwork is not merely carpentry; it’s the embodiment of craftsmanship, turning ordinary wood into extraordinary artistry.  We’re a busy, growing millwork shop that takes pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and doing the job right.

No prior millwork experience is required.  If you have interest or experience in millwork, woodworking, cabinetry, or any other shop experience, we encourage you to apply!  We will train you in multiple areas of our shop.  There is opportunity for advancement!

What you will be doing:

Depending on your experience, skills, and the needs of our shop, you’ll have the opportunity to work in several areas of production, including:

• Use a variety of power tools, hand tools, and sanders
• Sanding, gluing, ripping and plaining wood
• Operate and monitor equipment and machinery in millwork
• Assemble tables, benches, legs, etc. to customer specifications
• Follow work orders accurately
• Inspect work and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Learn new skills and move between different areas of the shop as needed
• Pack, prepare and deliver orders
• Clean and sweep shop areas as needed
• Organize and move materials with hand carts and Forklift (with training)
• Work is performed in a millwork shop setting. This position is required to regularly:
• • Stand, walk, and sit
  • Talk or hear
  • Use hands
  • Lift up to 50-100 pounds
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • View objects up close and at a distance
  • Effectively communicate and interact with others

Education:

• High School education, GED or equivalent

Years of Experience:

• This is an entry level position, we will take the opportunity to train people.

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• n/a
• Forklift operations, preferred but not required
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Pay
